You can create a lasting impression on your customers with personalized printed items that display your logo or name. There is possibly no cheaper form of advertising - compare how much your advertising dollar buys in the media.

It costs no more to produce an attractive, well designed printed product than a drab, uninteresting one - the original design is critical. Discuss your needs with our experienced sales staff who can advise based on years of previous printed jobs. Our printers are specialists who will produce quality work to enhance your presentation.

The complexity of the design should be considered in light of the desired outcome. Quite often, a bright and interesting 1 or 2 colour print is much better than a complex multi colour print that produces a cluttered effect.

We can print any of the napkin sizes listed in our product range, many with up to 4 colours. We also produce personalized printed placemats, traymats, gripmats and coasters.

The first step is to identify the product you want to use and the design. We use a flexographic process to produce spot prints. Single colour prints are the simplest because there is no registration between the colours. With 2 or more colours, the colours have to be positioned (registered) in relation to each other. When using tissue or lightweight paper in a flexographic process, it is important not to make the registration too tight.

The ink colours will be specified by using the PANTONE Matching Specification system. Each shade of colour is identified with a code number in the PMS colour booklet. Your graphic artist will be familiar with this system or our sales staff can advise.

Be aware that the paper colour of the background will impact on the print result. A dark print on a light background really stands out - a light print on a dark background will look washed out. We don't recommend the latter. Tissue paper is an absorbent medium and some variation in colour may result which will be within acceptable tolerance. To minimize this, we highly recommend printing on a light background. In practice, white paper is much less expensive than coloured paper and the majority of personalized prints are done on a white background.

The cost of personalized printed products is based on the product used, the quantity, the number of colours and the complexity and ink coverage of the print. Initial costs for the design and printing plates will be charged with the first delivery. There are no extra charges for artwork or printing stereos for repeat orders unless you change the design or elements of the design.
